Victorian collection tiles are made from unglazed porcelain in a modern environmentally friendly factory. All tiles in the collection conform to the highest standards for strength and durability and are suitable for use in any domestic or commercial situation. All borders and designs are mounted on mesh to ensure perfect alignment and ease of installation.

Our victorian tiles collection is a well established popular product which are ideal for use in commercial and domestic situations. There is an increasing demand for this traditional product to be used in bathrooms, kitchens and hallways and we can see why, the Victorian White 96x96 mm victorian tiles look stunning once installed and grouted, the tiles do not look out of place in a modern or traditional setting.

To ensure we provide complete customer satisfaction we are able to send you a sample of our Victorian White 96x96 mm, each tile sample will cost £1.00. When you receive your samples we will also send you a voucher to claim the cost of your tile sample back if you re-order the final product with us, resulting in free product samples. Unfortunately it isn't possible to send samples of our patterns, borders and dado border corner pieces.

Orders received up to 12 noon Monday to Thursday will be despatched that day for delivery in Zones 1 & 2 the following working day (Saturday & Sunday excluded) between 7.30 am and 5 pm or the day after (except zones 3, which are 48 - 72 hours). Orders received on a Friday will be despatched for delivery on Monday (or Tuesday depending on Zone, see above). To upgrade the service please contact us for the rate. Kindly note that a signature will be required, otherwise the goods will be returned to the courier's depot and you will be requested to contact them to re-arrange a new delivery date.

In the event that we are out of stock of your required item, we will contact you with an estimated time of delivery or possible alternative product.

We do not make a profit from carriage charges and as an established company, we have negotiated very keen rates with our supplier. Carriage charge includes includes secure packing which is designed to ensure your order arrives in pristine condition.

Small orders will be despatched by INTERLINK with larger orders (on non returnable pallets) by PALLETWAYS. Pallets (usually 100 kgs upwards) will be delivered on a tail-lift vehicle. The driver's responsibility for delivering the pallet will be limited to taking the pallet off the tail-lift at ground level and leaving it on firm standing. The driver will generally not be able to assist with manually offloading goods and must remain in line of site of his vehicle at all times.

We are justifiably proud of a very high completion rate of all our deliveries on time, however there is always the possibility of factors beyond our control. With this in mind, we would strongly advise that when planning your project you allow sufficient time for your delivery to arrive before employing a tiling contractor.
